Dropped Aubrey off at college on Friday. Where did the time go? It seems like yesterday she was just starting kindergarten. In both instances she was beside herself with excitement to start her journey! I've told her then as a little girl and now as a young woman...simply to study hard and always listen to your heart. Your heart will always show you the way and oh yeah...have fun.
My daughter the young woman
has reached the end...
only to find a new beginning.
Other's see her differently but
behind the young woman,
I will always see my child.

oh, my, how are you doing? i would be a basket case. i am having a hard time just watching my son drive.
I can't imagine...mine just starts 1st grade this year and time is flying...(big hug for ya)
It is so hard to see your children grow up. My daughter is a Mom herself now and will be watching her two girls go off to college, One in 2010 and the other in 2011.
It sounds like you are coping well with this....good job.
Oh my goodness...I am not ready for that! My kids are young so I am learning to cherish every minute of my time with them!

Boy, they grow up so fast. We miss them in the house and on vacation. But don't worry, she'll still call you when she locks her keys in her car or wants to tell you about something that just made her happy/annoyed or is bored walking to class. They miss us too!
