After the brutal winter we've been experiencing this year...I'm anticipating that the cold, grey and fierce wind gusts will give way to sunshine, warmth and an abundant of colors.
This is one of my favorite images. It speaks to me on so many different levels. When I look at this picture...I feel a sense of serenity, new beginings and hope. I imagine that this is what the sidewalks of heaven look like.

What a gorgeous scene! I would love to just sit on that bench with a wonderful book and get lost for a while. I know our winter hasn't been nearly as bad as yours, but for us it's been dreadful. Mom's daffodils are starting to bloom, so there is hope! Kathy
Beautiful.
I would not mind shoveling that.
Such a beautiful picture! It reminds me of my Mom's crabapple tree. When it's done blooming, it has that lovely carpet of pink too!
It is absolutely beautiful. Aside from its obvious beauty, it is also very serene. I too can see myself sitting on the bench or, better yet, on a blanket under the tree with a good book.

That is so pretty! I can't wait a minute longer for spring...well...okay...I guess I have to. But I don't want to. Thanks for the little touch of spring today.
