We've been going back and forth with he architect. This is the plan we've come up with for the renovation of the cottage. The original house is high lighted with marker. Until we retire in this house it will be our vacation home and a vacation rental. We would love to do the whole addition at this time but it's up in the air for the moment. We're debating whether to do the whole renovation minus the master suite. When it's time to retire we could then add the master suite. I'll keep you posted. Big negotiations going on here this week but we're progressing.

A library??? (be still my heart!) How I would love having a library. A music room would be wonderful too..
What a convenient laundry room area. I do my wash in the garage..with the car..with the tools. *sigh*
